Christopher Ayala
Founder & Managing Partner
Christopher Ayala founded Shingle Hill Capital to acquire and grow family- and founder-owned businesses in the lower middle market. He brings a distinctive combination of investment and legal expertise built across more than a decade in private equity and corporate law. Prior to founding Shingle Hill Capital, Mr. Ayala co-led the investment strategy for Trident Management, LLC, a New York based lower middle market private equity firm, where he focused on control buyout investments of U.S. based lower middle market family and founder owned businesses. Earlier, Mr. Ayala served as Managing Director of Drum Capital Management, where he focused on deep value, turnaround, and special situation investments. Prior to that, he held senior investment roles at Towanda Capital and leadership positions at LoyalTree Rewards. His legal background includes tenure as Corporate & Private Equity Senior Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel and Corporate & Private Equity Associate at Reed Smith LLP, where he advised on complex M&A and private equity transactions. Mr. Ayala holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Trinity College.
Jacob Sirotkin

Jacob Sirotkin brings deep operational and management expertise in B2B service businesses. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Century Management, one of New York's leading residential property management firms, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20,000 cooperative and condominium units across the metropolitan area. Jacob holds a Master's degree from New York University.
David Godin MD, FACS

David A. Godin, MD FACS is a board certified Otolaryngologist and Head & Neck Surgeon with over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience. He has spent more than 15 years on the Board of Trustees, served as Treasurer and past President of ENT and Allergy Associates LLP (ENTA). ENTA is the largest multi-site combined Otolaryngology and Allergy practice in the country. During his leadership the organization grew to over 475 clinicians across 80 locations in four states supported by approximately 1,700 employees. He also served as past Chairman of the Board of the Management Service Organization, Humi. Dr. Godin holds academic appointments at Mount Sinai Hospital and through Northwell Health. He enjoys practicing medicine, teaching, and participating in medical missions. He has performed multiple lectures throughout the country both on clinical and medical business related topics. He has served on the medical boards of both Beth Israel Hospital and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Upstate Medical Center at Syracuse and completed his surgical training at Tulane University School of Medicine.
